Role Overview

We are inviting qualified Ayurvedic Doctors (BAMS) to join us as Consulting Physicians. In this role, you will:

- Provide remote consultations to patients (from Malayalam and English speaking communities primarily and other languages will be an added advantage).
- Recommend AyurSure’s solutions, ensuring safe and effective guidance.
- Use your Ayurvedic expertise to create patient trust and confidence.
- Conduct online awareness sessions to educate patients about holistic healing.
- Contribute to AyurSure’s mission of bringing relief and dignity to patients suffering from piles.

What We Offer

- Salary (Fixed): ₹25,000/month
- Profit Share / Incentives: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month (performance-based)

Requirements

- Degree: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) – mandatory
- Based anywhere in India, but must be fluent in Malayalam and English (mandatory). Being fluent in other languages will be preferred
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Passion for Ayurveda and holistic healing
- Comfortable with teleconsultations (phone, WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet)
- Must have a laptop to update patient info into our CRM.
