Responsibilities

- Supervise salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and front desk
- Manage customer service and ensure a high-quality experience
- Oversee inventory, product ordering, and stock management
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Maintain salon hygiene and operational standards
- Drive sales, membership packages, and promotional activities
- Manage billing and daily reporting

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of salon management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills




- Understanding of salon services, beauty products, and operations
- Ability to manage a team and meet targets
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
