We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor (Contractor) to supervise the construction work of our hotel project. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors, and completing the project within the specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Check material quality and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Ensure safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Identify construction issues and provide practical solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project management.




- Verify measurements and completed work before contractor billing.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed schedule.
- Report daily progress to the management.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor/Site Supervisor.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, or residential building construction.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and quality control.
- Solid leadership and contractor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
