- Measure and cut aluminium profiles as per drawings, dimensions, and production requirements.
- Operate aluminium cutting machines such as cut-off saw, panel saw, or aluminium profile cutting machine safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic drawings, cutting lists, and measurements.
- Ensure accurate cutting with minimum material wastage.
- Check dimensions and quality of aluminium profiles after cutting.
- Identify and report damaged or defective aluminium materials.
- Maintain proper identification and storage of cut profiles.
- Follow production schedules and complete cutting work within the required time.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the cutting area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fabricators, and other production team members.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of aluminium profiles and cutting processes.




- Good knowledge of measuring tools such as measuring tape, steel scale, and vernier caliper.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings and cutting dimensions.
- Machine operating and basic maintenance knowledge.
- Positive attention to accuracy and material wastage.
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th/ Graduate with relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in aluminium fabrication, modular furniture, windows/doors, or similar manufacturing will be an advantage.

Work Requirements :

- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Must follow company safety and production standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
