We are looking for an Academic Counselor to guide and support prospective and existing students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career pathways. The candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills to ensure student satisfaction and enrollment growth.

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Roles

- Counsel students regarding available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Explain course structure, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
- Support students throughout the enrollment process.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide post-admission assistance.
- Meet monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Prepare reports on inquiries, conversions, and student feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in academic counseling, admissions, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tamil and Hindi is plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
