We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and overall accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Record and verify sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements (BRS), customer ledgers, and vendor accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.).
- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns within statutory timelines.
- Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and other financial statements for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.





Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter will be an added advantage).
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred.
