Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skill Technician (MST) with 8–10+ years of relevant experience in the maintenance and operation of high-rise commercial or office buildings. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, STP/WTP, and other MEP systems, along with supporting office fit-outs, minor civil works, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Candidates with basic knowledge of IT networking, LAN cabling, and structured cabling will have an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

-Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (10+ years preferred).

-ITI in Electrical/Mechanical or a related trade (Diploma preferred).

-Experience in commercial buildings, business parks, hotels, hospitals, or mixed-use developments.

-Good knowledge of MEP systems and preventive maintenance.

-Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

-Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.

-Willing to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

-Good communication skills with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
