About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow programs while leading adoption of AI-driven capabilities such as Now Assist and Agentic AI.

This role requires strong leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients

Solution Architecture

- Design scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
- Ensure adherence to best practices with minimal customization
- Drive architectural decisions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD

AI & Automation Enablement

- Lead implementation of Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows
- Identify opportunities for automation and GenAI adoption
- Ensure platform readiness, data quality, and AI alignment

Stakeholder Management

- Lead workshops, solution discussions, and demos
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Required Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and delivery
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Strong understanding of ITSM, CSM, HRSD
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist / AI capabilities




- Strong knowledge of integrations and platform architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.)
- Experience with Virtual Agent / AI Search / Automation frameworks
- Exposure to GenAI implementations

Working Hours

12 PM IST – 10 PM IST (flexible based on project needs)

Compensation

Competitive and based on experience (not a constraint for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
