We are looking to hire for IT Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure, Operations in our organization.

Experience range:10+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to up to 1 month

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in IT infrastructure management in product-based / embedded companies
- Hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability management tools
- Deep knowledge of KALI Linux systems and kernel-level understanding
- Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audits
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of network, server, and IT infrastructure.




- Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with current and future business needs and organizational goals.
- Plan, manage, and control IT budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate IT risks and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
- Assess, recommend, and procure recent or replacement hardware and software solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain security measures for networks, data, storage, and communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001 knowledge preferred).
- Coordinate system installations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.

Pay: ₹489,041.90 - ₹1,946,830.85 per year
