Job Summary

We are looking for a District Coordinator to coordinate healthcare laundry operations across hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned district. The role involves managing linen movement, coordinating with hospital teams, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely and hygienic laundry services as per healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily laundry and linen operations across assigned hospitals/healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate linen collection, segregation, washing, processing, packing, and delivery.
- Maintain proper tracking of hospital linen and ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with hospital administration, housekeeping, nursing, and laundry teams.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, infection-control, and laundry SOPs.
- Monitor linen quality, loss/damage, shortages, and replacement requirements.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and hospital complaints promptly.
- Monitor staff performance,



attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily operational records and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support management in improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of healthcare/hospital laundry operations and linen management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Willingness to travel across assigned hospitals within the district.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital laundry, housekeeping, facility management, or a similar field.
- Experience in handling multiple hospitals/healthcare facilities will be preferred.
