Operations Executive

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Sorich Organics is looking for a smart, energetic, and proactive Operations Executive who is eager to learn and manage multiple business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities across departments, supporting social media operations, influencer collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operational activities across different departments.
- Coordinate social media activities and content posting schedules.
- Create basic creatives, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Coordinate with bloggers, influencers, and micro-influencers for brand collaborations.
- Maintain collaboration records and campaign trackers.
- Support eCommerce, marketing, customer service, and business development teams.
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners for timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documents.




- Assist in implementing new processes and operational improvements.
- Handle miscellaneous operational tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, and social media platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
