Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Finance to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in accounting, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and project finance within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Help maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.





Eligibility

- B.Com / BBA (Finance) / BAF / M.Com or equivalent.
- MBA (Finance) or CA Inter (Pursuing/Completed) will be an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or any ERP software is preferred.
- Understanding of GST and TDS concepts.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
