Responsibilities

- Manage GeM orders from start to completion
- Follow up with buyers for payments
- Track dispatches and deliveries
- Find the best rates from suppliers
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters
- Maintain order status and documentation
- Support day-to-day GeM operations

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome
- Basic knowledge of GeM is preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Must be responsible, honest, and eager to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Compensation

No fixed salary initially.

This is a profit-sharing opportunity, where you'll earn a share of the profit from every successfully completed order you handle. As your performance grows, your earnings grow.

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to move to a fixed salary + incentives in the future.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
