Role & responsibilities

IT Operations Oversight (Across All Locations)

- Monitor the overall health of IT infrastructure across all branches.
- Ensure consistent IT policy implementation nationwide.
- Ensure minimum downtime across locations.

Team Management & Coordination

- Assign and follow up on tasks given to IT team members.
- Review and approve escalated support tickets.
- Mentor, train, and upskill team members.

Network & Systems Monitoring

- Ensure 24/7 uptime of leased lines, and all Broadband internet connections.
- Maintain firewall and network security configurations.

Data Backup & Security Compliance

- Monitor backups for all critical systems across branches.
- Ensure adherence to data protection policies.
- Conduct internal audits on security, patch management, and antivirus compliance.

Project & Vendor Management

- Plan and implement new IT projects (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, ERP rollouts).
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software licensing, hardware procurement.
- Review SLAs and escalate issues if not met.

User & Access Management

- Oversee user account lifecycle (creation, modifications, termination).




- Ensure proper access control policies across departments.
- Regularly audit folder permissions and group policies.

Email, Cloud, and Application Admin

- Manage Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration.
- Approve configuration changes for email, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Ensure smooth functioning of core business applications (e.g., Tally, eFreight, eRoyal).

Asset Management & Budget Control

- Approve IT asset allocation and replacements.
- Review and update inventory of laptops, desktops, routers, etc.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain updated network diagrams, SOPs, and IT documentation.

Business Continuity & Escalation Handling

- Ensure high availability for all critical systems.
- Act as the escalation point for any IT emergencies across India.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
