Realtaspaces is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities across our redevelopment and SRA project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

This role requires strong site management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and manage site labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work activities and project milestones.
- Maintain site discipline and operational efficiency.

Quality Control

- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify defects or non-conformities.
- Coordinate corrective actions and monitor implementation.
- Maintain quality records and site documentation.

Material & Resource Management

- Monitor receipt, storage, and utilization of construction materials.
- Verify material quantities and report shortages or wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely availability of resources.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Health, Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report safety incidents, hazards, and near-miss events promptly.




- Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical and execution issues.
- Maintain regular communication regarding project progress and challenges.
- Support inspections by consultants and regulatory authorities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily progress reports and site activity records.
- Maintain attendance records of labour and subcontractors.
- Report delays, material shortages, quality concerns, and safety issues to management.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI Civil, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction, redevelopment, or SRA projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
