. Experience Tender Executive – GeM Portal

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage company profile and tender activities on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-procurement portals
- Search and identify relevant government tenders related to: 1)Traffic Signal Systems. 2) Signal Controller. 3) Traffic Lights (LED Signal Heads). 4) Countdown Timers. 5) Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS). 6) Road Safety Solutions.
- Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit online bids/tenders within defined timelines
- Review technical requirements for traffic signal equipment and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender requirements
- Handle product catalogue creation and updates for traffic signal products on GeM portal
- Upload technical datasheets, compliance documents, certificates, and approvals
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and management teams for pricing and tender documentation
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), cost sheets, quotations, and financial bids
- Track tender status, bid results, work orders, and project updates
- Coordinate for purchase orders, supply schedules, and project execution requirements
- Maintain records of all tenders, contracts, submissions,



and government communications
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and project authorities for queries and clarifications
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, government policies, and GeM guidelines

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and e-tendering platforms.
- Knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes.
- Understanding of traffic signal products and ITS solutions preferred.
- Basic knowledge of: 1) Traffic Signal Heads 2) Signal Controllers 3) Countdown Timers 4) Junction Control Systems 5) LED Traffic Lights.
- Experience in tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoices, compliance certificates, and vendor documents.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Tech preferred depending on business).
- MBA/PG Diploma in Procurement is an advantage.

Experience:

- 0–2 years preferred in GeM, government tenders, or traffic/ITS projects.

Salary:

- As per industry standards / based on experience.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
