Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets during peak and off-peak hours, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and fire safety/emergency procedures at all times.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, provide guidance, and facilitate staff development.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager/F&B; Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table assignments, and seating arrangements.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu items and beverage offerings.
- Assist guests in making menu selections and recommend pairings.
- Communicate any menu updates or specials to the team and guests.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent Diploma in Hospitality/F&B; Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of qualified experience in F&B; operations, outlet management,



or hospitality services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and hotel management software.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and emergency procedures.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
