Job Summary:

CA Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our GST Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for GST compliance, return filings, reconciliations, and tax-related reporting. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance & Filings: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) within prescribed deadlines.
- GST Reconciliation: Perform monthly GST reconciliations between books of accounts, GSTR-2A/2B, and vendor invoices.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) Management: Ensure accurate ITC claims and resolve mismatches with suppliers.
- Tax Payment & Ledger Management: Assist in calculating and remitting GST liabilities, managing GST ledgers, and ensuring timely tax payments.
- Audit & Assessments: Support GST audits and assessments and liaise with tax authorities as required.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:



Maintain organized records of tax filings, notices, and reconciliations.
- Process Improvement: Assist in improving tax processes and implementing best practices for compliance efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in GST compliance, taxation, or accounting roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and GST software.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST laws, compliance, and accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
