- Service Coordination: Making service reminder calls, booking maintenance appointments, and following up on vehicle delivery dates.
- Customer Retention & Feedback: Following up on post-service experiences, managing insurance renewals, and addressing initial customer concerns.
- Data Management: Accurately logging call outcomes, lead status, and personal details into the dealership's CRM system.
