About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support our US-based client by managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Sage Accounting Software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and branches.
- Assist with monthly financial close activities.
- Work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate and oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and billing processes.
- Ensure seamless coordination between accounting and payroll functions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations using Sage Accounting Software.
- Support billing activities and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Sage Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, and General Ledger.
- Experience with month-end closing activities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working as a Senior Accountant.
- Experience managing accounting for multiple entities or business units.
- Exposure to healthcare or home care accounting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
