Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Track customer orders and provide regular status updates.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate customer data.
- Follow up on pending payments, repeat orders, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
