All therapists at Enfance Centre deliver evidence-based interventions for neurodiverse children, focusing on behavior modification, communication and skill-building in a child development setting.​

Key Responsibilities

Developmental therapists conduct functional behavior assessments to identify triggers, develop individualized treatment plans with goals like improving communication or reducing tantrums, and implement sessions using positive reinforcement techniques. They collect data during 1:1 therapy, collaborate with parents on home strategies, and adjust plans based on progress reports.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates need qualification or certification (e.g., RBT), experience with autism/ADHD, strong observation and communication skills, plus patience for working with young children in South Indian clinic environments. Computer skills for record-keeping and teamwork with Enfance's multidisciplinary team are essential
