Position: Business Head (Sales & Collection)

Location : Pune & Majalgaon (Beed) (Covering Marathwada & Vidarbha Region)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead our sales and collection operations across Marathwada and Vidarbha.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand sales network in assigned regions
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and ensure timely collections
- Build and maintain strong relationships customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Lead and guide the regional sales team

Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in Sales & Collection Management
- Good knowledge of Marathwada & Vidarbha Lubricant market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results
- Leadership mindset with team handling capability
