Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Review and interpret engineering drawings; guide site teams to execute work as per specifications.

· Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff, ensuring effective delegation and productivity.

· Prepare and review Daily Labour Reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.

· Implement and monitor quality control measures; ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

· Conduct regular site inspections, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical or operational issues.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.





· Maintain and update checklists for pre-activity and post-activity tasks to ensure readiness and compliance.

· Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

· Contribute to project review meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

Qualification & Skills

Education : BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience : 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
