Graphic Designer (Minimum 3 Years Experience Required)

Job Summary

Royal Tour & Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent design skills, a creative mindset, and experience in designing marketing materials for digital and print media. Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification

- Minimum 3 years of professional Graphic Designing experience (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Design travel packages, visa promotions, holiday campaigns, and corporate branding creatives.
- Edit and retouch images professionally.
- Create high-quality designs for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and websites.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for newspapers, magazines, flex boards, and exhibitions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all company marketing materials.




- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to create innovative campaigns.
- Deliver creative projects within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop (Expert)
- Adobe Illustrator (Expert)
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva Pro
- AI-based Design Tools
- Basic Video Editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) will be an advantage.
- Robust typography, colour combination, and layout design skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is compulsory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Gorakhpur.
