Job Summary:
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for our projects team. You will manage project costs, contracts, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Draft and manage contracts, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Evaluate tenders and select subcontractors/suppliers.
- Conduct valuations, process payments, and handle cost reporting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Solid contract and cost management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,526.51 - ₹40,749.19 per month
