Safety Officer (NEBOSH CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY)

Ensure a safe working workplace for telecom personnel, contractors, and customers, complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct site-specific risk assessments and implement safety measures

2. Develop, implement, and monitor telecom-specific safety policies and procedures

3. Provide safety training and induction to personnel and contractors

4. Investigate incidents and near-miss events, recommending corrective actions

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, NFPA)

Key Skills

1. Knowledge of telecom-specific safety hazards and risks

2. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills

3.



Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety controls

4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualification : NEBOSH certifications mandatory,

Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field.

Experience : Minimum 2 year experience in telecom industry.
