About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function. This role is responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, payroll accounting, and treasury operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and finance automation.
- Support leadership with financial planning, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide finance team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- 1–2+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Statutory Compliance, and Financial Management.
- Prior experience in a Technology, SaaS, Startup, or Professional Services organization is an added advantage.
