About the Role

We are looking for an active back office assistant to join our team. This is a multi-tasking role perfect for someone who is energetic, willing to learn, and ready to help with various day-to-day operations to keep our store running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Logistics: Packing couriers and going out for deliveries as needed.
- Store Support: Assisting with billing and maintaining overall store organisation.
- Customer Assistance: Being ready to help customers in the store whenever required.
- Operations: Handling general office needs and ensuring tasks are updated and completed daily.

Requirements

- Attitude: You must be active, hard-working, and willing to take on any task required to support the store.
- Communication: Comfortable talking to customers and team members.
- Mobility: Must be able to go out for courier work and store errands.
- Location: We prefer candidates living in Kodakara or within a 5–10 kilometre radius for ease of travel.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
