Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Configuration
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related surveillance equipment.
- Install and configure biometric attendance systems and access control devices.
- Set up networking components required for CCTV and biometric systems, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Mount cameras and devices safely and securely at designated locations.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Verify camera coverage, recording quality, remote access, and biometric authentication accuracy.
- Prepare installation reports and commissioning documents.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.




- Replace faulty components and upgrade systems when required.
- Technical Support
- Provide in office and remote support to clients.
- Train end users on the operation of CCTV and biometric systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and maintenance requests.
- Documentation
- Maintain records of installations, service visits, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Submit daily work reports and status updates to management.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of client security information.
