The Post Production Manager will oversee the editing and delivery workflow for wedding videos and photos. You will coordinate between editors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the post-production timeline for wedding films and photos.

Communicate directly with clients to understand their preferences and keep them updated on progress.

Collaborate with editors to ensure edits meet client expectations and company quality standards.

Organize and maintain project files, footage, and backups.

Use Microsoft Excel to track project statuses, client notes, and delivery timelines.

Manage email correspondence with clients and internal teams professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate revisions, final approvals, and delivery of completed projects.

Troubleshoot post-production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain a positive relationship with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the post-production process.
