Operations Management:

- Supervise all operations across the hostel's bar, café, and communal kitchen spaces.
- Coordinate social events like trivia nights, beer pong, pub crawls, and family-style dinners.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards according to local health laws.
- Manage point-of-sale systems to track inventory and daily transactions seamlessly.

Financial & Cost Control:

- Control food costs and beverage waste to safeguard low-margin budget targets.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to secure affordable prices for high-volume items.
- Set menu pricing that balances affordability for backpackers with profit margins.
- Monitor weekly sales reports and adjust labor hours to match peak hostel occupancy.

Menu & Community Development:

- Design casual menus featuring local street food, quick breakfasts, and creative cocktails.
- Accommodate diverse diets by including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free event options.
- Engage directly with guests to gather feedback and build a welcoming social atmosphere.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
