Exp & person should in Leading position for maintenance department last 4 year
Roles and Responsibilities
- KRA - Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant
- KRA - Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot
- Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press
- Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification & rectification
- Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain
- Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation
- Sound knowledge for Press operation & pipe bending operation
- Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department
- Good Knowledge of the operations/maintenance process of plant/equipment/utilities-electrical, electronic, civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic etc.
- Positive Knowledge of maintenance systems to improve machine uptime (preventive/predictive) and spares.
