Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and update customer records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Salary & Benefits

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications

Experience Required

- 6 Months – 2 Years in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
