Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the sales van safely on assigned routes and ensure timely product delivery to retailers.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new retail customers in the assigned area.
- Load, unload, and arrange goods in the van according to delivery schedules.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as per company objectives.
- Collect payments from customers and submit them to the office as per policy.
- Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and inventory in the van.
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with transport regulations.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs to the Sales Officer.
- Manage van stock efficiently and conduct daily stock reconciliation.
- Support promotional campaigns,



product displays, and sampling activities at outlets.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum SSLC / +2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma or Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or van sales operations.
- License: Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License.
- Skills:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic arithmetic and record-keeping ability.
- Knowledge of local routes and retail market.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
