We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Operations In Charge to join our event management team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about events, willing to travel across India, and capable of handling on-ground event execution with flexibility and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events across various locations in India
- Manage on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and event setup
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
- Prepare reports and maintain event-related documentation

Required Qualities:

- Strong exposure in the Event Management industry
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Ability to work flexible schedule,



including weekends and holidays
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable personality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Vibrant and enthusiastic approach to work
- Physically fit and able to handle on-ground event activities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
