Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with excellent Hindi communication skills to join our Toyota dealership in Kappalur, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Follow up with customer enquiries and service appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer relationship management.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Valuable verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: Toyota Showroom, Kappalur, Madurai
