Job Title: Supervisor (Labour Chowk Coordinator)

JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor (Labour Chowk Coordinator) is the single point of authority for the designated Labour Chowk. The role requires mandatory on-site presence to oversee worker facilitation, registration drives, employer coordination, and welfare awareness. Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational & Site Management

- Complete operational responsibility for the Labour Chowk

- Mandatory daily on-site presence and active supervision

- Maintain operational discipline, resolve disputes, manage crowd flow

2. Worker Identification & Registration





- Identify unregistered construction workers visiting the Labour Chowk

- On-the-spot worker registration and renewal using tablet/mobile devices

- Capture accurate data as per DBOCWWB formats

3. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with employers, contractors, and site supervisors

- Act as field-level liaison between workers, contractors, and government authorities

4. Awareness & Outreach (Hindi)

- Conduct daily awareness sessions on DBOCWWB welfare schemes

- Distribute pamphlets and explain advantages to workers

5. Smart Card & Reporting

- Assist in smart-card issuance process

- Submit daily operational reports to DBOCWWB and Centralized Monitoring Unit

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
