Job Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking government and institutional tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions while maximising tender business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals for relevant opportunities.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory & Finance for tender documentation.
Maintain tender-related documents, certificates, and records.
Track bid status, respond to clarifications,



and participate in reverse auctions where applicable.
Maintain daily job activity in Excel for monthly performance review.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in science or commerce,

Experience
1–3 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the chemical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.

Required Skills

Experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-tender portals
Knowledge of government procurement procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
