Role Purpose
We are looking for a Legal Executive to oversee the legal records and company’s legal matters especially SARFAESI Act, NI act, Criminal cases, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and documentation
- Maintain legal records and confidential documents
- Visiting Courts for hearings
- Update MIS and excel sheets with case information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) - not mandatory
- Basic Knowledge of banking and finance related laws like SARFAESI, NI, IPC etc.
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation
- Ability to manage confidential information and deadlines
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
