Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure construction materials, electrical, plumbing, and finishing items.

- Identify and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.

- Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.

- Maintain procurement records, invoices,



and vendor databases.

- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

- Good negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).
