Position Summary

The HR Head will be responsible for leading the overall HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership

- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people-related matters.
- Build and strengthen organizational culture, values, and employee experience.
- Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Improve hiring processes, recruitment metrics, and candidate experience.

Performance Management

- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and goal-setting frameworks.
- Support managers in performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.




- Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and a positive work setting.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee HR documentation, policies, employee records, and audits.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS processes.

Learning & Development

- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
- Develop leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Foster continuous learning across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

- Design and review compensation structures and employee benefit programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support annual compensation reviews.
- Recommend competitive reward and recognition strategies.

HR Analytics

- Track and analyze HR metrics including hiring, attrition, employee engagement, and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to improve HR effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
