Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our office team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain our digital marketing services, understand client requirements, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

This is a Work From Office position. Candidates residing in Calicut or nearby areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients until the sales process is completed.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.




- Coordinate with the creative, website, advertising, and production teams after project confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.
- Represent the company positively during all customer interactions.

Candidate RequirementsExperienced Candidates

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, business development, or client acquisition within a digital marketing, advertising, branding, media, or IT services company.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in closing sales and achieving targets will be an advantage.

Freshers

- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Complete product and sales training will be provided.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software is an advantage).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

SalaryExperienced Candidates

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
