Position Overview:

Atluri Holdings Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, statutory compliance, and advisory functions across its diverse businesses — AV Systems, Events, Real Estate, Managed Offices, and Lifestyle Clubs. The role involves drafting and vetting contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating with counsels, and supporting management on legal strategy — all while effectively using AI tools for legal documentation, research, and compliance tracking..

Location: Head Office, Atluri Ascend, Hyderabad

Reports To: Executive Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility during compliance deadlines, audits, project reviews, or major organizational events.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs across diverse business verticals.
- Manage RERA documentation, registration, and compliance for the ongoing real estate project.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations under Companies Act, Labour Laws,



and State Regulations (including TSRERA/RERA).
- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation, notices, and arbitration matters.
- Use AI-assisted tools for contract analysis, document automation, and legal research to improve speed and accuracy.

Requirements Snapshot

- Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6-9 years in corporate legal, compliance, or real estate law.
- Knowledge Areas: Indian Legal Framework, Contract Law, Corporate Law, RERA, Real Estate, and Compliance Management.
- Digital Readiness: Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Harvey AI, or similar) for drafting, research, and compliance.

Skills: Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation abilities with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
