We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Hotel Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems throughout the hotel to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sewage, and plumbing fixtures.
- Respond promptly to plumbing-related maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas.
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, pipe failures, and other plumbing issues.
- Maintain pumps, valves, water heaters, water tanks, and sanitary systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other Engineering Department team members on maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities,



and materials used.
- Monitor plumbing equipment performance and report potential issues before they become major problems.
- Support emergency maintenance and be available for shift work, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent vocational certification in Plumbing or a related trade.
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, commercial, or facility maintenance setting.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, water treatment systems, drainage, and sanitary installations.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings and technical manuals.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
