Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive HR Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, streamline employee onboarding, oversee daily HR operations, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of employment practices, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR evaluations.
- Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and leverage active/passive sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with department leads to understand headcount requirements and draft clear job descriptions.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding:

- Conduct seamless onboarding sessions, handle documentation, background checks, and orientation for new hires.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance collection, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

3. HR Operations & Administration:

- Maintain and update accurate employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR databases/HRIS.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll data, including tracking attendance, leaves, and variable components.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding company policies, benefits, and general queries.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture:





- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
- Help drive retention efforts and resolve workplace conflicts or grievances professionally.

5. Compliance & HR Policies:

- Ensure operational compliance with local labor laws and internal organizational policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).

7. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, payroll inputs, and labor regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, empathy, and high confidentiality.
