Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to support creator collaborations and influencer campaigns for our kids' fashion brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, stay updated with digital trends, and be eager to learn influencer marketing while working in a fast-paced D2C workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers, mom bloggers, parenting creators, and fashion content creators.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product seeding, barter collaborations, and campaign deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and content delivery.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and content calendars.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities,



and emerging creators.
- Support the team with day-to-day influencer outreach and campaign coordination.

Must Have

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and campaign metrics is a plus.
- Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience with social media or influencer outreach is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
