Civil Supervisor

Position: Civil Supervisor
Department: Construction / Civil Engineering
Reports To: Site Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Bridge project execution.
- Supervise daily construction activities such as excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, and finishing works.
- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure efficient performance.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship for quality compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site issues that may affect project progress.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).




- Experience in construction site supervision (typically 2–5+ years, depending on the role).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is often preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Road (BT & CC): 5 years (Required)
- BOX CULVERT /HUME PIPE CULVERT: 3 years (Required)
- Bridge: 3 years (Required)
