Summary:
As a OT/SCADA Architecture Consultant, a typical day involves supporting, stabilizing, and continuously improving industrial OT applications and systems aligned to SCADA, PLC, OT Architecture(PLC / SCADA). The role requires working in an AMS / production support environment, collaborating with operations, IT, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, support enhancements, and maintain reliable service delivery. The candidate will use domain knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and support governance practices to ensure system availability, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement. Lead architecture, stabilization, and continuous improvement of OT systems (SCADA/PLC) under AMS engagements. Responsible for defining scalable, secure, and supportable architectures while driving operational excellence, incident reduction, and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.




- Define and govern OT architecture for AMS environments.
- Drive L3/L4 support strategy and escalation handling.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
- Ensure system stability, uptime, and SLA adherence.
- Guide modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize support models, documentation, and processes.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and plant engineering teams.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SCADA, PLC, OT Architecture(PLC / SCADA).
- SCADA & PLC architecture.
- OT system integration (L0–L3).
- Industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- AMS delivery & support model understanding.
- Incident/problem management.
- Downstream manufacturing domain knowledge.
- Strong architecture & AMS governance capability.
- Expertise in incident/problem/change management.
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence in support projects.
- Good To Have Skills: OT cybersecurity Historian systems Cloud/edge integration ISA-95 / ISA-88 Refinery/process industry experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have relevant experience in SCADA, PLC, OT Architecture(PLC / SCADA) and AMS / production support environments.
- Experience in downstream manufacturing, OT, SCADA, PLC, DCS, historian, industrial integration, or energy domain support is preferred where applicable.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
