We’re looking for a Creative Director with a storyteller mindset to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video, static and print ads content.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the idea generation, concept development, and scripting for digital, print, and outdoor campaigns.
- Create storylines and scripts for motion graphics, animations, live shoots, promotional videos, theatre ads, and other creative projects.
- Guide the team through the entire creative process ensuring the work is on-brand and high quality.
- Participate in client meetings and pitches, presenting creative ideas, mock-ups, and campaign proposals.
- Manage and mentor designers, visualizers, copywriters, and editors, helping them grow and deliver their best work.




- Work closely with the Client Relations Manager and Social Media Manager to make sure all creatives meet client goals and expectations.
- Contribute to sales pitching and creative presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Robust background as a Content Creator or Program Producer.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work across different content types (corporate, fun, narrative, testimonial, etc.).
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
